By accessing, registering on, or using the arenaliveph platform available at arenaliveph.org (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the arenaliveph Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing arenaliveph on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

arenaliveph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

To register and use arenaliveph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. arenaliveph does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, and we actively enforce this requirement through identity verification procedures.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of arenaliveph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from arenaliveph or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

arenaliveph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible user may register only one (1) account on arenaliveph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. arenaliveph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arenaliveph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your arenaliveph account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Notify arenaliveph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

arenaliveph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from arenaliveph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. arenaliveph may require you to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

arenaliveph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All financial transactions on arenaliveph are processed in Philippine Peso.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your arenaliveph wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during business hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• arenaliveph does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which arenaliveph bears no responsibility.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your arenaliveph account.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day.
• arenaliveph does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• arenaliveph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account tier and verification status.

arenaliveph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to PBA season games, UFC fight cards, and Philippine public holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. arenaliveph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Users who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: arenaliveph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that arenaliveph determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Withdrawal Order: When a withdrawal is requested, real money funds are withdrawn before bonus funds. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

All games available on the arenaliveph platform — including live dealer games, video slots, fishing games (Caishen Fishing, Treasure Boat Fishing), bingo, and all other game categories — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

arenaliveph is committed to fair play. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the game information panels.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on arenaliveph:

• All bets are final once confirmed. arenaliveph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, arenaliveph reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players' accounts.
• arenaliveph is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a user's internet connection failure during gameplay. It is the user's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or any other unauthorized means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• arenaliveph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of collusion, cheating, or exploitation of a software error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arenaliveph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to arenaliveph immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to facilitate illegal transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing arenaliveph staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, limits, or self-exclusion measures.

All content on the arenaliveph platform, including but not limited to the arenaliveph name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of arenaliveph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from arenaliveph.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of arenaliveph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which arenaliveph reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arenaliveph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if arenaliveph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

arenaliveph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arenaliveph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

arenaliveph does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude arenaliveph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

arenaliveph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all eligible players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered arenaliveph users and can be accessed through your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your arenaliveph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

arenaliveph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Multi-accounting or any other form of account abuse.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against arenaliveph.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or payment processors.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account termination for cause, arenaliveph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real money balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, real money balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your arenaliveph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the arenaliveph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact arenaliveph's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

arenaliveph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with arenaliveph may be escalated to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.

arenaliveph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, arenaliveph will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the arenaliveph platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

arenaliveph recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Archived versions of previous Terms may be requested from our support team.
